Who is this plant-based personality, you ask? Just a mother of two on a mission to
enrich lives and educate others on the incredible benefits of a plant based diet. As a holistic nutrition student and Yoga instructor I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and learning with everyone. I really am just a light-hearted little lady who enjoys cooking, and all things food.
